I am wondering if a carb with a accel pump would work better or worst then the non pump carbs on a 500 . then the other thing is the tps sensor could a ignition be found that would work with a two stroke with a tps sensor ? if so off of what?

I'll take a set of 4th gen front mounts and a pair of head stay plates when you work out all the angles.

so did you ever come up with a set of covers to go off of ? I have the set to my 91 I will not need them for a few months . till I save enough money to dig into my bike. the stator side on mine has a hole burnt thru it but will work fine for a template.

I'm still dealing with all the stupid paperwork with mine . as soon as I cut thru all that I'll post mine step by step.

why is there all that welding done in front of the peg on this service honda ? what is all that mess about ? and why does it look welded out of line ?

No I did not get it yet. And no I would not mind having 1 of those fancy milled out Y's for my frame. But I think I'm doing the awd thing first ,because they said that is the only way I can have them fixture weld in the drive shaft mount and new head tube .

Ive decided not to have service honda build my bike . I think I'm going to get the awd kit before I do the 500 motor swap

I called them today. they said they have to think about if they'll do it or not . on top of it all it makes the fuel tank even a harder fit , because of the drive shaft. they said they want to have it before I put the 500 motor on it so their frame jig fits the motor mounts.
