I raced those babies for over 10 years and its one big reason I now ride 500's, trying to get a similar power to weight ratio adrenalin fix. The best motor I had was running a compression ratio of 17:1, did 13000rpm and used 5 litres of methanol to travel 3.2 kilometers. Considering they are single ...

The trouble is, what kind of media should I use? What's going to give me that new look or, get it started? I used the wire brush 1st, then a green scourer with crc 2.26 while the engine was ripped apart and it came up like new or better. To clean the rads I used the dishwasher and it worked great! A...

i put a 2001 250 shock on a gen3, might be 5mm shorter i think. So is the 2001 shock 5mm shorter than the 06-07 shock or visa-versa? If the 06 - 07 shock is 5mm longer I wonder how much that will put the suspension 'out of whack'? Im not sure what the ratio would be but 5mm at the shock would raise...

CR250 06-07 shock in Gen 2
Ive found a 06 -07 CR250 shock and want to know if it will fit into my Gen 2?
Can anyone tell me if it will fit??
If it will, then is there going to be a problem with the difference in stroke dampening?
Cheers for any words of wisdom.
