Maybe I missed it but I looked over Bob's build also. What are you using for inserts where the tubes splice together? Did you find a size to fit the id of the tubing or have to cut something?
Bob.....you can never just let something go can you?

I haven't gone as far to study what the material difference is, just tried it myself and found it won't hold up. I've also tried using some ceramic fiber used as insulation in furnaces thinking I'd found some long life packing. It is indeed long life but the problem is it doesn't deaden the sound le...

Get it to where the "HONDA" on the clutch cover looks level then you can measure distance for bottom mount. Get it to where the pipe fits the frame well..... thats the important issue..... Getting the cover level will do just that. If he leaves it tilted back the rear pipe mount will be s...

This spot is probably holding the motor up slightly. You have to grind on the top weld to let the motor tilt forward more. Get it to where the "HONDA" on the clutch cover looks level then you can measure distance for bottom mount. It will also give you a little more room for the plug and t...

Never bothered with those stupid measuring things, 1/2 a quart in 5 gallons and I am good to go. X 2 I get my oil by the gallon and keep a quart bottle to measure with. fill the quart bottle to the 16oz line and dump into 5 gallons of gas. Plus when I'm done you just put the cap back on the bottle ...

Is any of you using these levers? One of the local pros showed me these on his bike. Seems like a good idea. I ordered a pair for my daughters YZ and going to give them a try. Just wondering if anyone has experience with them. http://www.sixsixone.com/Catalog_SunlineRacing.aspx?id=659f5d60-bb78-450b...
