Jumping cars doesn't get much better than this. Copius amounts of beer and balls of steel. Somehow it works out way better than it should. Holy fuckin' shit is all I can say.

Reminds of really weird shipment of ford parts a got a couple of years ago. It was from a dealer in New Jersey. I'm in Colorado and have never purchased anything from them. It has my name on it. Contents are a bunch of miscellaneous wipers, filters, switches. Just shop stock kinda stuff. I call them...

Fishing trip turned into death march. Six of us got together to go on a fishing trip. I didn't pack a pole but I did pack my bike and so did everybody else. Talked to a guy that is familiar with the area and he pointed us to alpine trial. He described it as "beef skin" with 100 switch back...

I'm talking about the blended. 10% is minimum it can be more especially in higher octane fuels. A buddy of mine traveled to south dakota this summer and he said high test fuel was the cheapest at the pumps because it had so much ethanol in it. My dad read a story about 2-stroke failure because the e...

Castor oil

Seems there has been a rash of 2-stroke failure across the country from the ethanol that is in all fuel. Ethanol picks up water that will not mix with 2-stroke oil creating a no lube situation. Will castor stay mixed in watered down ethanol?

Whats next F*RD?? Life time engine lube?? Cummins has a model with "Lifetime Lube".... i.e. no oil changes. It diverts the some of the engine oil into the fuel rail, and burns it. You simply top off the crankcase every week or so. Change the filter once a year, thats it. There is a retro ...

NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION This is probably the best e-mail I've seen in a long, long time. The following has been attributed to State Representative Mitchell Kaye from GA. This guy should run for President one day... "We the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help eve...

You're kinda cryptic with the WWWIII. Tell us more if its not a typo.

Go as new as you can afford. You will need one spacer to make 05 up to 07 fit everything older is exact fit. The offset of the axle is little less so it will steer faster. If you can shop local you can find forks cheaper than e-bay. Craigslist is a great resource.

I upgraded my steelie to 05 CRF 450 forks. Best mod that I ever did! Cost me about $200. Watch for some triple clamps from 96 or later and you can use all the newer front ends. The 450 has the heavier springs for future reference.

There are all kinds of geometry that effects head shake. Sometimes the simplest things like tire pressure make all the difference. With that frame you should not really "need" a stabilizer. You should be able to tune it out. Check tire pressure first, sag second and fork position 3rd. Even...
