And a stock CR 500 has a hole in the bottom end you can drive a truck through in the responce department. A good running KDX 200 will stomp it in bottom end responce. The outer washers cannot be omitted.They are sealed to keep all the good stuff from entering the caged swingarm bearings.I'm betting you need to take a few thousandths (more or less) off the swing arm bushings themselves to give you some more room to get the outer washers in.
