Nah, those chicken legged fuckers couldn't START a CR5, and they're sure as shit too lazy to push it home !
We got to get them to interbreed with the Moari imports, so we get a couple of generations that are too fuckin' lazy to even steal anything !

I'd prefer mine plain too. Nothing against your man advertising, but I'm going to Tig a lever protector/deflector onto at least one, if not both of mine.

So all the rest of you interested guys, get with the program. $200 Canadian is fucking good value. Go on . . . .you know you want to !) As for the brake pedal relief, I was thinking th...

OK, I'm in for one of each. I've dealt with Adam before, and trust him to do the righty (not suggesting for a second that you're untrustworthy, Scooter, just concerned about the setup. . . What happens if you don't reach your target of 10 orders, or do we just wait indefinately until you do ?) I'll ...

I'm in for one of each (with extra oil capacity, and how about a gear lever deflector/protector ?). How do you plan on working this . . . . Make 'em first and then take money, or grab our cash up front for something that hasn't even been made yet ? Like agent says, this has come and gone before, and...

Thanks Bob, the pics and explanation were what I was after. Maybe 2StrokeForever doesn't realise that some people haven't been messing with these bikes as long as him, and we just need remedial stuff explained to us like we're 2 year olds.

I had a 490 Maico turn the arch of my foot from concave, to black-n-blue convex, and my old Montesa Cota was prone to backfire through the kicker too (never had a good one from a CR5, tho I know people who have). In my experience, it seemed to be 2 strokes without reed valves that were worst for thi...

GMBond, I built one of those YZ/DT hybrids years ago, and it was the BOMB ! Mine was obviously older componentry, as I used a YZ125L chassis, that was not even a year old at the time the original engine 'grenaded, and a DT175MX engine overbored to 191cc. Although I built it in '84, it was so fuckin ...

If there was a "Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to CR500's", you'd be on report, Mister ! That's gotta qualify as abuse to both your poor clutch, and your body ! Man, we'll do a couple of K's of that shit in a whole days ride, and spend the entire bench racing session whining about i...

Hey Binks, Just noticed you're in Cornwall. . . . Brings back good memories. I lived there for years before emigrating to Aus, mainly Portreath, but also Camborne for a while. I miss the surfing, riding the mine dumps, terrorising the locals with my road-legal(ish) Maico 490, or Ossa trials bike (and...

Yep, Sika is the stuff, as Gregrobo says. Make sure you use the 11FC, not the Pro, it's designed as an adhesive/sealant, rather than just a sealant, and shit yeah, it sticks ! Hey Gregrobo, you just sneaked in in front of me on the Rekluse Adam had for sale . . . .damn, that's 2 I missed now ! Enjoy...

I'm just impressed that both of those ads feature CR500's with 6 speed gearboxes . . . where can I get myself one of those suckers, coz every CR500 I've ever owned has only been a common 5 speeder . . . . . . ? Maybe that's why they are so ridiculously expensive ?

I love my 570 Berg. If you have to ride a 4 stroke, it's the best there is. It DOES feel light on single track (unless you have to pick the sucker up after a fall) and the 70HP is awesome fun, with all that torque too. Definately needs a steering dampener, and StegPegz coz it's flat-sided, but other...
