Ok I took it out this morning and MR murphy Law showed his head Whats New It would not start.
After getting some tips from others It ended up beening my air gap was off on my stator, The carb float bowl leaks.
Now the Chucth Slips and it willn"t Idel .
I go down and try to find a clucth kit and a larger pilot jet for it tomarrow.
Will the AF convesion and moding the airbox make the bike not Idel.
I purchased the Donner bike fro $350.00 not running not knowing it need so much rework New case New trany.

Is it really hard to kick over like it's got a ton of compression? I had a bike that some expert rebuilt and put the piston in backwards. The bike ran but would not idle at all. Doing the conversion and airbox mods will not cause it not to run.

The ring gap is always going to be in the rear for a 2 stroke and the cut out for the piston go's towards the intake.
