I'd just cut out the bad chunk and put a solid piece back in and weld completely over it and then smooth it back out

I have a chance to trade my 2009 YZ450F for a 1995 CR500 and a 2002 CRF450, He says the 450 just stopped running one day and hasn't messed with it since. He also says the 500 is in great condition other than a cracked rear fender and a missing rear side shroud. I was just wondering if anybody thinks ...

don't forget, the front number plate isn't there either!!LOL!!

One more question, is it a hard process to form the tank?

I found a 06 CRF250 for $750, I am wondering if the stock gas tank will have to be heated and pushed in on the bottom?? I am thinking of buying it.

those bikes are on my local craigslist if u are interested i know a guy that would give u 600 or so for the 250 motor and let u keep most the covers and stuff he just uses the crank cylinder and cases lmk i could get a hold of him before u trade if u do u must be in mi?

Basically I want opinions on what bike would be better for what I ride.....I don't race, I just have fun.... The only places I ride are mostly trails and some sand dunes.

If I do the trade I'll sell the cr125 with a new piston kit and gaskets (comes with trade)...and sell the cr250 engine and ...

1- 2003 CR250 and 1- 2001 CR125

The 250 was just rebuilt, not even broke it yet
The 125 only needs a top end rebuild, but to me the bikes look to be in decent shape.

The guy wants to trade straight up, and I want to build another 500AF, so if anyone ...

I was wondering if anybody has tried using 00-01 cr250 radiators on one of these crf450's? I need to buy new ones anyway so I figured iit might save me from having to modify the crf radiators.

Most of my parts are here now,just waiting on some free time to get on it.
