trade possibly??

I have a chance to trade my 2009 YZ450F for a 1995 CR500 and a 2002 CRF450, He says the 450 just stopped running one day and hasn't messed with it since. He also says the 500 is in great condition other than a cracked rear fender and a missing rear side shroud. I was just wondering if anybody thinks this would be a good deal......I would probably sell the 450 or part it out to get money for a 02-07 CR250 for an easier conversion. I could just ride the 500 as is until the AF frame is ready for the 500 engine. Any thoughts on this would be helpful.

My 450 is stock and runs good, I just want another opinion if it'd be a good trade for a 09 YZ450F. I ride trails and sand dunes.

Do the deal! if the 450 doesn't have a major problem like a hole in the case you can probable part it out and cover the cost for someone to do the conversion
