I got my frame a couple of weeks ago, and it's welded up right now. The only thing that I did different than anyone else is I bent the lower cradle to make more room for the front motor mounts.
I should of tilted the motor a little more. I still might make new rear engine bushings with offset holes, and redo my front motor mounts. After welding, everything moved quite a bit, so I had to drill out the motor mount holes a little bigger.
I had to modify my Fluidyne rads to clear the Gnarly. The PC and the Fatty have more room
The 09 250R airbox has a smaller face than the 04-05 style. I'm going to get a 250X airbox which has to be used with the 04-05 subframe.
