I built this bike in february 2008 with the combination of a 2002 Honda CR250 chassis and a 1997 CR500 motor. I am a professional fabricator and wanted to make the bike look factory when completed so no corners were cut here. I have received many compliments! Most don't even realize the conversion. All the frame and radiator mods were TIG welded. The engine mounts and head stay are CNC-ed aluminum. I love the bike and have my heart and soul into the build but I am soon buying a condo and could use the money. What can I say other than this bike rips! Absolutely no bugs had to be worked out of the conversion. I did my homework, you won't be disappointed! Top end was fresh last year and still running strong as these big bores do. Currently running steel sprokets with 14/48 gearing. D952 in front, maxxix maxx cross HT 120 in the rear . Also included will be a complete front wheel set up, a new D739 front, and two paddles. Mostly ridden in Ocotillo wells with some glamis trips. No DMV work to be done! Engine numbers and frame VIN match on the title.
