Im gonna drill the rubber intake boot to install the nozzle tonight, I was gonna use silicone around the threaded nut thing that the nozzle threads into. Is that what you guys used?

Not only rider but setup. You cant port and polish and then raise the compression and put a gnarly pipe on it then advance the ignition if you are building a "top end" motor. A setup is a chain that is the some of its whole. Any one flaw or hole in your setup ruins all the other parts.
Building a torque monster is fine for racing in the sand but you have to back it by a proper setup. The only thing that matters is how much power you put to the GROUND.
Dont forget N20 makes huge TORQUE not nescesarily huge HP.
Anyone know what a "closed throttle nitrous failure" is??
