91 top end rebuild ?'s

Is it possible to replace the seals without splitting the cases?

I have... I have a ghetto way of doing it, I drill a hole and use a sheet metal screw to grab the seal, then pull it out and clean up behind it well.

Hmmm...interesting but definitely saves ALOT of work splitting the cases. I've done similar things on other bikes...just haven't had a 500 apart yet. Thanks for the info.
