I wish I could find a biger tank
I have a CRF405X frame and stock tank they claim it's a 2.2 gallon tank I wish I could find a bigger tank that wound fit.
I clear tank would be great also so I can tell when I getting ready to run out of gas and start pushing the bike back Ha Ha.

What year 450X? My new 08 is a 1.9 gallon. But the 05-06 or 7 were a little bigger. IMS or clarke or acerbis all make bigger tanks for it. Use this link: http://www.justgastanks.com/store/index ... th=1_9_108
O/S Tanks
My bike is a 05 X I heard that lot of the after market tanks hang down lowwer in to the frame and hit the motor so melting the tank and pushing up into it self will not help holding more gas.
I wish some knows which tank to get I like the Clark tank with the stock shrouds.
But will it work.

Easyer said than done
It's wide open road that it easy to say to putt and go slow But what I found after a short time of riding out there you start going fast with out thinking about it searching for anouther gear.
I wait to be sure I going to have more than enought gas to make it.
