1997 CR250 Ignition
I PMd Ugly back in July and he told me that swapping the whole ignition over was the cleanest technique. Due to the different fittings and things. So after messaging Ugly as well as Danny I began resourceing 99-2000 ignition parts. Fortunately I found DesertCRs post moments before I dropped cash. But yeah, there just hasn't been any good feedback on ride impressions afer installation with the digi units...

My stealth is almost together, after that, the gen-3 is back up on the chopping block. the frame is already finished, so really I just have to get the motor together. I think I might order the parts for it today... thanks AMEX
anyway, what I am getting at is when I get my gen-3 toigether, that'll give me a chance to try out the '03 ignition.

ya i been "hearing" from many sources the digital unit is the way to go, but i havent seen any solid proof as to how much better it is. actually i 'heard' '01 was THE BEST but again i havent seen any proof to back this claim...maybe its matter of opinion- based on what motor its used on and what kind of riding terrainMICK wrote:I PMd Ugly back in July and he told me that swapping the whole ignition over was the cleanest technique.
