the wife says I can't have a sport bike... But I think a cb750 will be plenty fun for commuting, but keep me from doing 190mph on my way to work![]()

It is great fun, and I used to use it to commute 40 miles to work. Stupid fast. Major threat to driving privileges. Ass goes numb after about 25 miles. Now surplus do to new company and opportunity to work from home office.Hellbear wrote:I see in your sig line you have one. How do you like it? It looks like it is fun to ride. I only commute 12 miles each way to work so it wouldn't be a long ride.redrocket190 wrote:There's no sane reason to get the Husqvarna as a commuter - but do it anyway. You may find some deals on the Internet for '07 bikes, but '08's will be hard to find cheap - Husqvarna limits the numbers coming into the country v the other OEMs and prices are harder as a result. Supermoto Junkie and Thumpertalk have good Husky forums.

If the cb750 is stock and clean, you may want to consider leaving it that way. Those bikes are in demand in Cali and can fetch a premium price.
If it has been molested or looks like crap, i say Cafe it.
Just remember, it never will be a cbr.
Check that the front brake caliper works, these are hard to find good and fetch a premium price. I sold one on ebay for $120.
Also, stay away from the cb750A.
