Selling a Turbine Core 2 Never Ridden On, small dent.

Post by Skidmark »

I'm selling a Turbine Core2. Brand new never ridden on, just fired up to hear.....too loud for me.

Small dent on very end from me pushing it on with a "T-handle" allen wrench still in my hand....I'm such a retard! $100 + freight. I paid $150+ freight!

Lemme know.

I might be interested, I need a silencer, and a sparky might be good for certain rides...

DG, lemme know if you want my Turbine Core 2 before I e-bay it.

Ok AB, so the "Q" is SLIGHTLY better than a a TC2...but it's better. Still seems I get more "noise" from the front of the ex.chamber than the tail pipe.

Now looking for a stock system complete.

Lemme know,

A lot of the noise is from the expansion chamber, thats why the KDX200s have a dual wall baffle jobbie

First of all, Britincali..........I friggin LOVE your avitar !!! Stinky finger!

Second......OK AB....I'll bite......has anyone EVER used that snorkle thingy? Anyone? Bueller, Bueller, Bueller......Bueller...

I'm 90% sure most the noise is from the shiny large intestine anyway.

"Oh Brah...my 2-stroke....she get guts boy...try look!"

Stock pipe with a Turbine Core II...

BUT, all the connections are well supported, and siliconed.

The CR500 motor itself is pretty "mechanically" noisy too. Can sound like anything from a diesel, to a cement mixer...

The enduro guys swear by the snorkle... more down low, quiet, to loss up top.
