That is nice piece of work on the y section. How long did it take you to mill that out.
I sat and looked at it a lot longer than it took to machine it. That's for Damn sure! I started with two blanks the first one the motor mounts were off so I measured changed the Solid model too many times to mention I think it was a total of six revisions before I actually cut the second part and I only work on this stuff part time. Six kids a wife and a dog keep me pretty busy. I will be offering this service soon! Robert your first in line.

Very nice work there. I like the counter sunk holes at the back of the frame rails for extra strength/weld grip. On the next revision of the Y add that to the top of the Y if it can be done.

Absolutely incredible Mike. Without a doubt, that's the cleanest conversion I've seen on either forum. You should be VERY proud.
What really boggles the mind is that that's your first try and you're only going to get better.
Now for the questions:
Are the forks anodized?
Is that an 18" rear?
