I'm presuming this is going to be a private track?

It will be fenced for sure, and yea RC would be hard to do something like this. Maybe a few years back, but that city has just blown up. The good thing here is if anybody is intrested in buying around me, they will be buying under the pretence that a track does exist, and they'd have to except that. At this point we don't plan on night sessions, and can pretty much do whatever we want, if one of the non-english speaking residents that reside on the outskirts of the property want to bitch, they better do it after 10pm. But my gut feeling tells me that they wouldn't want to draw any attention to themselves due to immigration reasons!hoofarted wrote:Wow! This track sounds awesome! I've had the same dream but cannot exactly pull it off in my area...dang regulations and mountainous terrain (foothills of Rancho Cucamonga to be exact). I look forward to progress pics and opening day! Will the entire area be fenced in?

It looks like its off dale evans parkway????????
Don't think that they can't have you shut down, even if you were there first. You know how many people buy homes next to tracks, then protest to have, and do have tracks shut down. Look at Riverside County. It'll be happening to more counties, just wait. I had a small track on my parents property, and practiced alot, and had been for about 15 years. A freindly new neighbor bought some property next to ours, and bitched from the second she moved in. The cops came on a regular basis. And guess what the outcome was? I wasn't allowed to ride.Steiner 311 wrote:The good thing here is if anybody is intrested in buying around me, they will be buying under the pretence that a track does exist, and they'd have to except that.hoofarted wrote:Wow!
