what is best way to turn that tubing back to 0 and how i get tubing back to T6 ? Is it possibly to make normal workshop tools?

I found out that T6 is extremely hard to bend.

why do people half ass shit :? . dont know what chassis you got but replacing the whole cradle is the most time consuming and hardest way to do it. if done right its the best way though IMO. doing it right aint filling it with sand or lessening the angle. right way is anneal it, bend, weld, then bring back the temper. sounds like you should have chosen a different method. several other ways are tons easier and seem to work fine.

What are you using for a Y? I just made one out of 6 in.round stock, 2 in thick. I modded the stock Y originally and had failure after a few months.
