was bord today, so thought i might as well make my head stay. this was the first time i have used my milling machine and it turned out to be a little harder then i had imagined. did not turn out as i had hoped, but with some sanding she might look a bit better!

If your really afraid of your frame breaking, run a kevlar strap bewteen the steering stem, and engine mounts.

I'm digging your mounts!!

I used two old FMF silencer head pipes together to do the "dipsy-doodle" around the sub frame....

today i was looking for the best spot to put my coil, and was thinking about welding it behind the headstay. it would have been a hard spot to get in there to weld it, so i came up with a diffrend approach. i know its not the prettiest. all i can say is thank
god you wont be able to see it!!!

hey thats a good spot for stuff, thats where my cdi lives as the wires are to short to reach behind the number plate. keep the ideas flowing, thats what makes these projects fun

I think it may look better with less holes in it. I guess if you are worried about the weight not much else you could do.
The build is lookin good!

nice build

i really hope those case bushings arent aluminum, hard to tell from the pic
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.
