Oven worked great for getting the heavier bearings out and the cold bearings dropped right in :D Had to get a Tusk blind bearing removal set for the small water pump and the roller drum bearings. $120 cheaper then the identical Motion Pro set, saved me enough to get the Tusk splitter and crank pulle...

A year or 2 ago Bob got a discount for any member who signed up and was on Bob's member list. It was cheaper then SH, but does not appear that way now. Funny thing :? I printed a list of bearings/seals when I first logged in this morning and logged in a minute ago and mains jumped from $25.50 to $26...

Case bearings

Reposting this questions since Seans post was lost when the server crashed. My right case mainshaft and counter shaft bearings seem to have slip fit to them, they go in tight , but pull out with my finger. I see no signs of them spinning in the case. From most the reading I have done this seems to b...

When it os not running I have to lean it over, before anything comes out. I have played with the float level, which may be right or may be wro...

Cut the weld on the bottom of that left radiator mount and raise the top of the Y just over where that weld was. About 3/8-1/2" more looking at your pic. That will give you just enough room to get the top exhaust springs on, otherwise you'll have to carve out a good chunk of the right bottom f...

Your paying not only shipping to you, but also the shipping from Honda (supplier) to them and then in house processing. Why I said in another thread that OEM parts were cheaper thru Motosport. Tires, chemicals, 500lbs of gear..... FREE 3 day ground with $99 purchase or more.
