Not exactly sure what a desert dog is... but I am about 50 mi and ride all types of terrain about every 2-3 weekends.
Sunday up at the top of the cajon pass was a blast, snow caps at the top of the peaks and the traction after the rain was awesome

Nice trip to the dunes u guys. I ended up burning a tank a gas at the top of the cajon pass, had some snow on the mountain peaks and had a fun day also.

Thanks for the invite guys but were going to keep the riding local. Next big trip should be Glamis.

We'll see if Al can make it and split some of the gas, 200 mi was the same distance to Kennedy Meadows. Long ass drive for a day trip.

I remember going 6-10 miles to the camping spot. Nice area with steep canyon walls, we used to shoot and play with gun powder back in the day...

This might be my first first dune trip of the season...can't wait.

I have been camping out to Afton a few times but it has been quite a few years ago... you can have some fun blast'in the river bed and then back aways you can find some small but steep edeged sand dunes. Afton and Razor road connect.

This was my first group ride and although the group was small the weekend was awesome. Great people, food and single track riding. Just needed more time

I went up and down that hill one time many years back and also worried about my brakes. I went down in 2nd and barely touched the brakes the whole way down.

Very sad indeed, I lost my Dad on fathers day 13 years ago and I sure do miss him. I hope that I never have to go through all the pain that old fart had to endure before he checked out.

I use quality light and dark rum, some Grand Marnier, fresh pinaple and orange juce juce and they come out good but I still think that i can kick it up a notch.

I went with my wife to the show at the Honda Center (the Pond) and I was not real impressed. My wife had a great time although the red bull and vodkas before the show had alot to do with it.
