A lot of nice work there but some how I missed that you were in competition with Service Honda and everyone else making 500AF conversions. I guess that explains why you are always so vicious in attacking AJ’s work. I think any attacks on the shops building these bikes and charging big bucks deserve...

Today i sorted out the motor mounts, exhaust, headstays and chain alignment. the front motor mounts from my crf250/500 work with some washers towards the motor side, these will be remade with the correct thickness. the lowers wont work at all but i did save some lowers the machinist messed up and th...

My first CRF450/500 AFC Frame
I started this 450 lastnight, its about the same as the crf250 frame. my mounts from the 250 frame seem like they will work at least the heigth on them is the same my need to make them thicker towards the motor. Two biggest issues so far are the headstay and silencer mounting. headstay; do i do a ha...

knobby as said before use a stock style pipe, only the rear mount on the stinger needs to be changed. there are no mods needed for the silencer either, add 1 mounting boss about in the middle of the subframe side rail and use a bracket that mounts to the orignal crf rear silencer mount, thats it. if...

I would love to build one of these, the tubing isnt that big of a challenge. make 2 billet rails that incorperate the front mounts and match the tubing shape, use the stock headstay or fab a sheetmetal one as done above, just be sure to inclose it  . These new bikes look so fkn cool, are small...
