i do some measurements from mine crf450 -07 frame and it seems the measurements are 4mm off when using 54 and 59 mm bushings. There is 4mm gap between the motor and swingarm bushings.

I measure that mine engine rear mount is 73mm long. case spacers doesnt look to be very bad shape.

what is best way to turn that tubing back to 0 and how i get tubing back to T6 ? Is it possibly to make normal workshop tools?

I found out that T6 is extremely hard to bend.

hello

i have exact same tube bender and i made bending die that looks almost same.

But i have huge problem. Tube snaps in 2 pieces before it was even 45 degrees bend. What i do wrong? I dont have sand inside tube when bending and trying to make inner radius 100mm. I bought mine tubes from ...

there is some discussion about powervalves. I think the mach z has gas operated powervalves which will not work good at motorcycles. Because of delay in powervalve use. Quite similar as turbo lag. And this is because those powervalves work with crankcase/cylinder pressure.

yeah, its not that hard. But i want to avoid to remove or bend those lower cradles. I want to make y section which work like cut the y and lower mounts of and then weld new y section and motor mounts back in place.

I think it is recipe to avoid those broken welds, which are going because of there ...

i think to add that but i think it is hard to make that upper mounting place in right place. Also motor mount will work as extra support for that lower welding point.

I have been cutting and modifying mine CRF 450 2007 frame and i found out that stock Y section is pain in the ass for reuse. So i dont wanna grind mine maintube down to make that stock y fit or remove cradles from center part of frame. So i think if i make billet y which look like yamaha yz250 ...

i think those fourstroke frames can be lighter, i need to weighten mine frames later.

But those steelframes are quite light weight. Especially the ones that is made out of cromo.

I use on mine crf250 those cheap ass radiators, i think mine came from Taiwan, but i think those are same.

I have used those 70 hours in MX and enduro use. And i will buy those for mine Af also...

There was oil and everything.

I think there was too wild cams, too much compression and too many (??) hours of use. Ice road racing is pretty damn hard for these 4 stroke bikes...

I talk with mine friend who has ktm 450 converted to 510cc and there was less than 10 hours with crank... He is ...
