HELLO!! NOBODY CAN ANSWER THIS QUESTION?? IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE??

Can i use a cylinder head from a 91 cr500 on my 86 jug? Looking to do the decompression valve and i have a couple of the later style heads and not sure what the difference is.

Looking for a 86 cr500 head with the decompression mod.

I have two sets of 6061 square tube frame rails bent by Albina pipe here in Oregon. Used a set of these for my 2006 CRF450R conversion. Have two sets left to sell . $100.00 per set. 503-313-3964 Richard

The motor angle just worked out to be what it is. It actually mimics the same angle as my 03 cr250 build, that frame you are able to bolt into the stock cr250 bottom engine mounts.

Thanks, lug nut. The plastics and graphics I bought off ebay, pretty hard to find as One Industries does not make the kit anymore .

I did a 450 conversion , and the brake pedal from a 450x clears nicely no bending needed.

Thanks guys. Took it out saturday for the first ride, short ride but worked awesome. The radiators i bought off ebay, I believe it was a company out of washington. No, when i had it apart for the engine rebuild I stripped the paint off with paint remover.

Its PJ1 satin black case paint.

Thanks guys, yeah everything plugs in the same just wasn't sure so i thought i would ask. Had an 85 sold it to build this bike, 98 cr500 in a 03 cr250 frame, but i do have an 86 motor on the shelf which will be my next aluminum frame conversion!

Anyone know if an 91 cr500 cdi is compatible with the 98 cr500 ignition componets? Have a 98 cr500 that the cdi wires were cut at the very bottom of the cdi with really no way to repair them. Bought a 91 cr500 cdi from ebay, part #'s are different. Do i need to change any ignition parts to use the ...

Thanks, no powder coat just paint , it is dark gray. The graphics are 07 250, with the Honda and 500 pieces from 89 cr500 graphics.
