The front suspension off the 06 makes all diff in the world! It will be a nice hold me over til i get the AF frame moded

I did it, it all lines up well. the 97 triples are a bit wider than the 06 crf 250. hince the 97 forks wont go in 06 clamps...but it has tightened up nicely. there is still a little gap on bottom clamp and nuts are tight! cant wait to ride it and see if it really helps...will the rear shock fit ...

i have checked e-lines web site and they dont make anymore. i went with a richocet universal. it aluminum so i will just polish it so it looks alittle better. its the fish bone look...not a major fan of that look but i dont want to dent this pipe up with rocks from the desert....it used to only go ...

post some pics of that if you will. starting a 06 crf250 conversion myself. 97 cr500 motor. i would like to see how it turned out. im gonna do a IMS desert tank for mine....

im not a big fan of Gordons...too many sand car ruts...The glamis sand dunes are just smoooooooth anyway you look at it!

thanks, i have. It looks like its a bit tougher to do but worth it when it comes to the handling? i just need to find a fab shop here in arizona to do it.
