Yea, send it to Dogger. He can make you new rails but needs the frame to do it. They are made for each bike so it would be tough for him to make rails and send them to you. Looks like the motor angle is too far down in the front also. The bend starts waaaay to far down on the downtubes.

I will be using all the 125 chassis parts for the 250 frame. I will have the 125 frame left over to sell but will be only good for a 500 conversion as I hacked a part of the right frame rail out of it.

Bought a 90 500 in rough shape for $410 on ebay
Sold the carcass roller for $360 on craigslist
Total $50 invested in motor
Bought a 2002 cr125 in poor shape for $450
Sold the motor,carb ...
