I have a stock CR5 clutch cable on my 250f conversion and want a cable that is a little longer. I remember reading a post about a longer one but can't find it now. Can anyone help me out ? Thanks.

Added a graphics kit and a new with tags FMF Fatty I scored on ebay for $160 shipped, no joke. I thought I was seeing things, could not hit the buy it now fast enough,lol.

I picked up a KX500 and it came with needles N82M and N82R for the PWK39.5. It runs good with a 50 pilot, N82M in second clip and 168 main. No porting just PC platinum 2 and Vforce 2 @ 4,500'.

I picked up a atc250r that has a 310 cylinder and a 40.5PWK.
I am thinking of swapping the 39PWK off my 500.

Do you think if I just swap the jets everything will be good or do I need to change for the different size? Forgot how tippy these are lol.

It has seen better days and will see them again. Runs good and strong for a $500 bike.

Sorry for your bad luck. I am glad I can do all my own engine work.
If something goes wrong all I can do is blame myself.

Give the DEP a try. It runs like a FMF and Pro Curcuit combined.

It's tough to tell about the pipe alone. The cylinder is ported and I installed a 99 CR250 ignition. As a combination it's great (if you like feeling like you might loop out every time you crack the throttle).
