the front fender is off a ktm, and i think the #plate is too
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

Front fender and number plate are 2002ish KTM 250 SX some have a top fender brace that was a mid year change I believe. Some don't like the ones I chose.
