Service Honda Ignition Question

The Service Honda Ignition has 2 Black W Yellow stripe wires that plug into the wire from the coil , Problem is I have only 1 wire from the coil.. do I Siamese these and use both or just plug in one ?

they said to pick one and use it , and block the other off.
