Swingarm spacer help

Post by agent »

Ok I am measuring for my swingarm spacers , and it's not adding up, are the spacers supposed to touch both the frame rail and the motor bushing? , if so the measurements I get are inside frame rail to motor bushing Left 61.44mm and right 65.18mm , I plan on turning them myself but how come my measurements are so big??? , on a side note can anybody tell me the ID and OD of the stock Honda bushings?

Thanks Rick

What frame are you putting the 500 engine into.

If it is a Gen 3 or later you need a 54mm bush on the left and a 59mm on the right.

If you are putting the engine into a 02-07 CR125 frame you already have the correct spacers, no need to make anything.

There is no need to turn them up when you can buy them straight from Honda.
