From the pictures and helmet cam video I didn't think the place would be all that. Well the Vet track is very good for newbies to track riding. There's only one small step up, on my third lap I made it everytime after. When I first went out there was a downed rider right near us, so we only got one lap until they got him off. While waiting went over to the main track and Mercy Air flight is there for someone at the top of the big step up.

The dirt is really good there, pretty much like milestone. The crew keep it water good, slippery at times, but I heard and found out that Kenda fronts don't like the mud, but once dried a bit the tires good. Later the main track there's only two guys on it. Its definately more fun but never really got up to speed, to much to learn in a day and some of the corners are just like the Vet track so confusion slowed me. I figure next time I'll spend more time there depending on who's there. I did make the small step ups but the big one I dunno, its a long way up and the two I watched had the rear locked on landing to make the corner. But I did hear and it looks like coming up short is not that big a hit.

Oh ya! The plushness of the forks are great now. Its like I couldn't tell when the front was landing off jumps.

You guys on the coast near Hwy 76 ought a give it a try. It was warm there but the ocean breeze helped a lot in staying cool.
