steely rear hub to fit CRF's?

I did a search and no solid answers. Has anyone made one work? I know the axles are different, but is the rotor placement in the right place? So maybe the right bearings, seals, and a CRF rotor and it would happen?
If if doesn't kill you, it hurts like hell.
Quads are dirtbikes for fat kids.
