?
i emailed some people looking for a clear cut response and i really havent got a difinitive answer, not sure if nobody wants to discuss this subject or what the deal is
. on the gen4 crf250r, if the front and rear sprockets are perfectly aligned, will the exhaust manifold be off center coming out the Y ? ive seen somebody say they had this problem. just wondering how far off center it is and if its common problem or isolated case ?

welll noow easy hoons..... i think i had stated that in order to get them aligned, i had to use one factory slug with a shim and grind the other one down...... and i had already flipped the countershaft sprocket supermoto style to gain a tick more offset...... whether the chassis was tweaked, well i couldnt get access to hondas jig, but i did have to flip the countershaft to get the exhaust port centered with the Y. see my angryshawns build for the pics.......also, his was an X model frame for what its worth
*builders note* it could be a case by case exception as all chassis boing a little one way or another as the sawzall removes the entire lower assembly, not to mention that there is a tick of side to side swagger in the motor itself even when the swingarm bolt is in place.... maybe Shawn's frame was hanging out in the garage too much and loaded just a tick.
