That is actually my ad. I found another 500 beer can already done, so I was just passing this deal on to the next Hoon. I was told the motor was fresh not too long ago. The previous owner supposedly spent nearly $1500 on crank, rod, top end, and clutch.

I got it to fire on a 25 degree day after the thing has been sitting for months. it took about 20 kicks, but it fired up. The pipe is completley gone, but other than that it seems to be a good bike. I have only owned it for a shor time, and only rode it long enough to verify that the clutch and trans worked as they were supposd to.

I was going to do a conversion, but figured I may as well buy a bike already done. I found that I am too lazy to go through the process of doing a conversion.

In that case, I gotta ask... I don't have the cash or need for the whole bike, just the motor. Would you be willing to separate?

Not really interested in parting it out at this point. I don't really NEED to sell it. I just figured on passing on a pretty good price to someone else.

I don't know what I would ever do with a 1986 roller. I suppose if you would want to give me $800 plus shipping for the motor, carb, and electrics I could part with it.

I had a guy call me today who sounded pretty sure on the deal. if I can sell the whole thing, that is what I wold rather do. I need the room in the garage more than I need the money.

10-4. I'd just come pick it up anyways, I'm only an hour from Marshalltown. If you're interested in parting it, or I come up with the scratch I'll let you know.
