Complete minus motor, has carb, fmf fatty pipe, rads etc. I want to do a conversion but moneys tight and it looks like it's gonna be a while. I'm thinking I will sell it and get a steel 500 to ride for now.

interested in parting with the left side radiator?

i got my whole 2000 cr250 for 800, with a new top end (i checked out the piston from the exhaust port), new plastics ans seat cover. and then i wrecked it :lol:

$800 dont seem like too bad of a deal, assuming the suspension aint clapped out or the frame aint bent and rads function good. a turn key '00 cr250 are being advertised for about $1900 around here, but im kind of doubting their selling for that much, NADA average resale for '00 cr250 is only $1300. problem with selling rolling chassis is theres a few folks in these forums that are interested but the rest of the world wants a full running bike they can ride. sorry to hear the postponement of your project, hopefully you can build a new one soon

Still got it! Not interested parting it out. Tax refund is coming so my project might go forward we'll see.

on a local classified i found a complete '01 cr250 last night for $800, apparently it had something wrong with the clutch but you wouldnt keep the engine anyways, other than that it looked real good....after you ebay the motor and ignition you probly only be into the rolling chassis $300. financialy speaking it might be better for you to continue on, rather than sell.
