It's winter...

This is an actual advisory I received today.
I'm seriously starting to look for some property elsewhere, so that when I retire, I can get the hell out of here in the winter.
Arizona sounds nice :D

I just got back to St. Louis and I will attest to Florida weather being pretty damn good this week. I managed to get in two rounds of golf in between meetings and the show. Cold here though.

this time of year is nice here, lows in the 30's -40's highs 50's-70's, but summer can suck my ballz! 117* in the shade, it feels like opening an oven everytime you open the door
I'd give a whole lot to move back to san clemente! I didn't own a jacket while living there, and most houses and apartments don't even have A/C because they don't need it!
man, I miss wearing shorts and a t-shirt all year round!

Our little "snow" lasted all of about 9 hours and you couldn't even tell it had happened at all. Back up to 70 now and is supposed to be there for the rest of the week. The trick to living where hurricanes hit is not to live on the water or in any low lying areas. It's best to live in the middle of a subdivision or somewhere that you have a wind break so you don't take direct wind to your house. Also, you don't want any large, unstable trees within striking distance of your house. Otherwise get a generator, window AC unit, and a couple of cases of beer; you're set.

Yep, it's almost midnight and 60 degrees outside. I'm originally from the KC area, moved to Orlando in 89, take it from me, you'd miss the snow around this time of year. I'm not complaining, but I'd like to see snow for the Holidays, just don't seem right without it.
