I came, I saw, and in the end I was conquered.

dannygraves...I like your city, in fact Halloween night on the strip has to be a close second to Bourbon Street. Too much fun.

Tire and Wheel is where all the T and A is on display for the most part.

I posted this thread earlier, but hey, I know everyone has a life. It's all good. Next year for sure.

Exnav, we'd gone to sema, now its all chromed plastic and crap, the show we go to is the P.R.I. Performance Racing Industry Tradeshow in Orlando.

its by far the best show to get hooked up with dealers direct, and theres no monkey boys representing the companies.
I'm going to be in Orlando from dec 9-16.
You could build anything from a gocart to a topfuel car from pars on the floor. Guys are milling engine blocks from solid billet with cnc machines!

I'm going to be attending PRI this year for the first time. Who all is going? I'll be running around the show working for sponsorship, but I'm going with the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame.

PRI Show = racers looking for free shit and sponsorship

It's not much of a show for the manufacturer's or warehouse distributors. Almost all of my factories complain about the amount of pimping that goes on.

I'll be there all week, just like every year.

At any rate, it's a great show for engine and chassis builders who are the true engine of the industry like yourself.

I wish they would bring the show back to Indy though. I friggin' hate Orlando.

no doubt, that indy show was WAY better. we could drive out to CJ Rayburns party on the friday night, and see the guys at mastersbuilt saturday night. That CJ has some funny places to go to, His favorite bar had a ceiling i sear was only 6ft clearence with all kindsa crap stapled to it, and a stage smaller than a coffee table, mighta seated 40 in the place, but it was a good time. First time i'd actually seen chickenwire in a building like on the blues brothers.

Exnav, what brings u there? you're attending or working?

I have customers that will be displaying and several of my factories will be there. Typically I set up meetings between both and do the followup to make sure everything happens as it should. One of my many duties as a rep, but it's hardly manual labor. Marketing and Sales 101 stuff. I'd be happy to get you time with SCAT, Mahle, ARP etc.... :o :o
