TAFFORD, Conn. -- A Nevada motocross rider died following a crash Saturday at Stafford Motor Speedway.
The officials said 21-year-old Anthony Hart of Henderson, Nev., died after crashing during a practice session for the Doug Henry New England Grand Prix.
Hart was the brother of motocross star Carey Hart, Grammy-winning pop star Pink's former husband.
The event was sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association, part of the AMA XTRM Supermoto Championship series. AMA officials weren't immediately available for comment.

I hope it wasn't neck related. There are things available now to prevent those kinds of injuries. But a back, I don't know? Or I suppose a fractured bone could have opened an artery. That's a very scary situation to have to deal with. No doubt this is a dangerous sport we enjoy so much.
I hope the best for the Hart's.

2 riders in two weeks ( that I know of in professional races) first with Craig Jones of world supersport and this week w/ Mr. Hart, I believe both were highsides gone wrong, After watching the Jones crash, makes me wish for a Jorge Lorenzo at Laguna Seca highside, (and that one was scarry, he had some hang time). Jones did not have enough time to shit his leathers before he was pile driven into the ground. Makes Vale's prayers before he rides seem needed.
