thanks again :wink: it works great... my gen-1 is so much easier to start with a 500 kicker instead of a 250 kicker!

I know you can rebuild some kickers, like a banshee. Has anyone rebuilt one of these?

for $80, why bother...
by the time the socket is worn out, the rest of the kicker usually looks like shit anyway. :D
but, I'm sur it could be rebuilt with a little brass sleeve or something.
