Is it illegal to mail alcoholic beverages from state to state?

Per the US Postal Service:

Can I mail wine?


Intoxicating liquors such as wine, bourbon, and vodka are prohibited for mailing both domestically or internationally.


Note: To find other mailability standards please refer to the DMM section 601.

You might check with UPS or one of those. I took a tour of a winery in Florida a couple of years back and they said they can send me whatever I want. The only limitation is they can't ship to a dry county or town.
