This is the only way to BBQ, with wood and smoke. I have this bad boy in my backyard. Only weighs 300 pounds and is 1/4 thick steel.

Pork Butt? Here is one I did a few weeks back......mmmmmm!

No, it is not burned. Its the dry rub smoke combination:

Tried to use the knife...meat just peeled off...look how juicy it is. The pink is called the smoke ring. I used Hickory for heat and smoke:

Pulled pork....did not need a knife. Ronny pulled the shoulder blade right out quite easily:

This was a 10 pound Boston Butt/Shoulder. It did not last long. Get some rolls annd throw some of this in there, add BBQ sauce and chow down. Or just eat it as it....good stuff and addicting.
