Street legal, but I wouldn't believe everything that article spews. I doubt the lighting coil is "custom" for the 30 watts it puts out. I think ProCom hosed them for an ElectroSport coil. http://www.procomeng.com

Maybe it's just me but, I wouldn't waste a good CR engine on a bike like that.
