New topend

Post by Tharrell »

Got my '85 cylinder back and new topend parts.
Ordered new dowels, I buggered the old ones.
Exhaust bridge was relieved, gonna drill it anyway.
Soon as Niguyver paints my frame she'll go back together.
Damn, I love new parts!

Yeah, the last several pistons I've bought are bagged for some reason.
I guess I can use it to keep my boys warm this winter.

Seizeco is coating their pistons too? Wow, maybe they want to lose the old rep. That piston actually looks like a work of art. Keep us informed how it works, might actually reconsider getting one for my 85. Used to use the old Crown Royal bags for my marbles when I was a kid. That was a sign of "coolness". Maybe mine can use a Wiseco bag (not that marbles are COOL anymore!)
Make a joke and I will sigh, and you will laugh, and I will cry.
