Stealership Honda Motorcycles

Dear Sucker!

The part which you are chasing we donot have in stock at this present time.

I’ve checked the price and availability from honda in melbourne.
I can have it order and delivered to our shop on Wednesday morning for $434.75 INC GST
If you can wait untill this time next week I can have it ordered and delivered to us for $368.45 INC GST
why do I even bother?

rocky mountain has the cover for $250-300 ( I can't remember the exact price) but they wont sell to australia. :(

I haven't tried service honda yet ( cheaper still $202 ), I thought I would give the aussie shops a chance.

tell the local shop to match the price or you will order it off line, that will usually bring their price down.

I'm sure theres hoons here in the states that would order the part from SH or Rocky Mountain and ship it over for you if it comes to that, like I've done for some of my Aussie friends.

Whats the part exactly? There's a mob called "shipto" i believe. gives you an ameriacan mailing address.

Example RMATV will ship there and they will then forward it to you. I believe the price is pretty competative too.

Lots of KTM owners are doing this now that the retailers whinged and stopped companies overseas sending ktm parts.

As for retailer dealerships. Waited 3 weeks for a spark plug (br8es) a garden variety plug, 4 weeks for fork seals (48mm yz kyb).

They then cry poor and hard done by when i can get it from overseas landed at my door 3 days and half the price.
13 isnt unlucky i just keep falling off
