Jay thinks he has a dozen or so more gauge blocks. If enough guys on here wanted them I could probably get one of the e-bay guys to sell a lot of ten or so gauges at reduced price and put together a complete unit to ship, that way not paying shiping for gauge and again for block.
would love to have one of those... along with your buddies junction block... should only cost ya 4$ at the most to ship one anywhere in the USA. small padded envelope and done...
you know right off hand if theyre 9/16 or 5/8 nipples ? esr is 5/8 and was a bitch getting it in the honda hoses. fit perfect on the ktm because the hose is bigger.
hey Clyde I have a dumb question what is on your right side radiator hose?
Looks like a inline thermostat.
Just wondering because we are looking for a inline thermostat for one of or alcohol quads we will be racing on alcohol. we struggled getting heat in the motor and pipe last year until after a few laps.

the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

ya thermostat. they come standard on some of the ktm bikes. seems like it opens between 150-160 degrees if i recall correct. new one is about $75. one on ebay for $35
Its not like you pull the gauge "Y" fitting of fthe hoses everyday..... but it sure looks like on the first ride, that worn clamp is going right through the radiator core.
