they look like Service Honda covers with initials carved in them.

we couldn't get a set of blanks so we got a service honda set and welded over their name and got wmw cut into them

this bike will be finished real soon
just waiting for the head stay alloy to turn up so we can get a start on them

this one has taken a hell of a long time to do.
we are waiting on the top mount still(4 weeks later)
I'm(shaggy) starting to get the shits with the whole thing
once Beans bike is done i don't know if i could be bothered to do mine.
OK THAT'S 2 DONE ....

thats the way I felt when I did the 4 gen-4s. the first was so much work that I was all b urned out and didn't want to do the 2nd.

shaggy don't give up on it before you even start, you will regrett it for the rest of your life.

How long have you been wanting to do one of these bikes?

I bought my 01 CR500 a week before christmas 12-18-06 and it took me until 9-11-09 to get the 07 CR250 here
Now I need to get some money together so I can make a start.
So I know how bad it sucks to wait to get something happening, so if it is something you really want JUST HANG IN THERE!

finally guys we got the top mounts back and i must say the guys who did them for us have done an excellent job
we will have some pics for you guys on tuesday
now i am getting the motivation back to finish this one and then do mine..

Shaggy,I didnt post my build on here till I had finished it.I didnt want to feel pressured to keep updating the progress of it as I took a long time to do it.Maybe thats worth thinking about with the next build and just take ya time.

That is the best head stay on a 450 I have ever seen.

:cool: , SWEET!, magic, awesome, fantastic, unreal, great and FRIGGIN unbelieveable.

WELL DONE definitely worth waiting for.

All that is left to do is build the next one. :cool: :wink:

BTW get rid of the "IF" in your Sig line. :wink:
