Sorry guys we arnt going to be making this one. We will be out there last weekend in January for a friends B-Day. Ill post something up when we get closer.

My girl cant take any days off, so we would drive 2 days to ride 1. Glamis is well over 6 hours, with a RV closer to 7 or 8 hours. We would have to leave at 6pm ish Friday night, drive till the sun came up Saturday morning, then leave early Sunday. If she could have got Friday or Monday off or both then no prob.

YEAH I hear ya that is a long haul I wouldent even think of it if I lived only 100 mil from dumont like you.

Ive wanted to go to glamis for 5 years now and every time Ive planned a trip something has gone wrong, this time I AM MAKING IT tho!

Dont get me wrong, im not dumpin Glamis for Dumont, we were going to go to both if she could get the time off. But you are right, its quite a drive to ride only a day!!

I like to ride a place at least once just to add it to the "inventory". I plan to ride in Oregon and Washington and back East, eventually as well but it will be when we can take at least a WEEK off!!

One day I want to be able to travel to the UK and Ireland and ride as well but I would have to get a YOB first...

This place ROCKs as far as riding goes, out here you can ride the eqivelant of driving from scotland to london without even seeing anyone. I friggin love the desert, your gas tank is the only limitation.

yeah but your 200 miles closer to Glamis than MFDB

more like 160, but yeah... Even if my bike was running I wouldn't be going to glamis, too far for me right now.
