Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues. He does not believe the 2ndAmendment gives individuals the right to bear arms. This takes literally 2 clicks to complete.

I watched a video of Sen Kline trying to pass a gun related bill here in Washington. There were over 300 gun rights advocates that showed up....the the NRA told him it was unconstitutional. Their wordsmithing is getting better.......know your rights!
